Regret Island is a horror themed hentai RPG with dating sim / visual novel mechanics developed by InfiniteLust Studios. This signified a non-linear experience with multiple paths, and in leading to players discussing their fate, they also had to manage their Lust and Insanity levels. Characters can die for good, or go mad, creating a very intense atmosphere. The story follows a family and their friends on an overseas trip during which a stop on a seemingly deserted island reveals hidden desires and dark secrets. As tensions simmer, the picture-perfect escape goes awry. Will you get out unscathed or fall victim to the horrors of the island? Every choice matters.
